Show Summary is useful for managing inventory. 

Select Filters

Enter criteria in some or all of the search filters.

Show Summary

Select Show Summary. Scroll down to view requests by category (excluding any guest information). Run different types of reports by changing the search criteria and re-selecting Show Summary.

Show Summary Columns

Category: Type of request.

Hotel Code: Specifies the property where the requests occurred. 

Service: Specifies which particular service or amenity has been requested.

# Requests: The number of requests that have been confirmed for the particular service in the particular category.
