Create and manage your spa offerings on the Spa tab under Property Services. You can offer multiple services from multiple spa facilities or group spa services by category.
Log in to Property Admin
Log in at www.cendynadmin.com.
Select Content Updates
Select a Property
Select a property from the drop-down list.
Add a New Facility
On the Spa tab under Property Services, select Add New.
New Spa Facility Details
Refer to the spa's list of services to determine how to organize the services offered.
- Name: Spa facility title or category title (e.g., Downtown NYC Spa or Bridal Spa Experience).
- Description: A description of the overall spa or category.
- Image: Choose an image from Property Images or Stock Images to represent the facility or category.
- Active: Select Yes.
- Select Save to save the facility or category.
Add Spa Services
Select Spa Services for the facility/category you just created.
Add Spa Services
Select Add New Spa Services.
Spa Service Details
Enter details for the spa service.
- Name: Name of the service. The name will appear in a drop-down list in the Guest Portal. You may choose to add the duration of the service and the cost of the service to the end of the name. For example, Signature Manicure - 50 min - $65.
- Description: A description of the service.
- Price: The price of the service.
- Display Price?: Select Yes.
- Need Reservations?: Select Yes.
- Duration: Enter how long the spa session lasts. This will appear as a subhead next to the price in the Guest Portal.
- Seasonal: Check this box to enable seasonal date parameters which dictate when the spa service is available.
- Starting Date and Ending Date fields appear when the Seasonal box is checked.
- The spa service will only be available and appear in the Guest Portal from the Starting Date until the Ending Date.
- Enter dates manually or click the calendar icon to open a pop-up calendar to select dates.
- Sort Order: Order in which the spa service will display within the facility/category listing in the Guest Portal.
- Active: Select Yes.
- Select Save to save the spa service.
Enter Spa Time
Configure the times that the spa services are available to enable guests to book appointments.
Select a Spa Facility/Category. Select Enter Spa Time.
- Enter a Starting Time, which is the time of day the first service is available.
- Enter an Ending Time, which is the time of day the service is no longer available.
You must enter times in military format, e.g., 1:00, 2:15, 23:35. Military time operates on a 24- hour clock that begins at midnight, which is referred to as 00:00 hours, with 1:00 a.m. being 01:00 hours, 2:00 a.m. being 02:00 hours, etc. all the way to 11:00 p.m. being 23:00 hours.
- Time Type: Choose either Interval or Range.
- Interval: Enter the number of minutes between available slots for the service, i.e., 15 or 30 minutes.
- Range: Enter the duration of the service, i.e., 60 minutes. For example, if a guest chooses the time of 9:00 am - 10:00 am, their service will last from 9:00 am until 10:00 am.
- Select Update prior to closing the Enter Time form to save the service times.
Drop Down Menu
To preview how your spa services will appear in a drop-down list in the Guest Portal, select a Spa Facility/Category. Then select Drop Down Menu.
Select the drop-down arrow to view all the spa services in the menu. If your titles are too long, you will see a warning in red. In this case it is advisable to shorten the titles.
