When so configured, eConcierge allows you to display services in the Guest Portal to guests in different languages. You must first enter your content for each service type, including your eUpgrade offerings, in each desired language.
Navigate to Upgrade Types
Log into the eUpgrade Admin Dashboard. Select Upgrade Types from the main navigation bar.
Select a Hotel
If you have access to only one property, by default, your upgrade types will be displayed. If you have access to more than one property, select one from the drop-down list. Then select Search to view that property's upgrade types.
Add a Language to an Upgrade Type
Select Edit in the row of an existing upgrade type.
The language name is indicated in the header of each section, such as English or German. Enter a name for the upgrade type in the appropriate language. Then enter the description in the appropriate language. Select Save.
