From the Audience List page, you can view or edit an audience, clone an audience and activate/deactivate an audience.
Activate/Deactivate an Audience
Select the Active toggle from the Actions drop-down list to deactivate an active audience or reactivate a deactivated audience.
- Audiences that are associated with a campaign (or other feature) cannot be deactivated.
- Deactivating an audience flags it as deactivated and does not delete it from the system.
Inactive Audience Visibility
By default, inactive audiences are hidden on the Audience List page. To show them in the list, check the box for Show inactive audiences. Then select Search.
You'll now see audiences with an inactive status in your audience list (if you have inactive audiences).
Expand Audience Rows to View Hidden Column Data
The width of your screen determines how many columns appear in your Audience List view. If not all columns fit, the content they contain is collapsed under the Audience Name. This may include the Status column.
Click the Expand icon (+) to display the hidden data.
