Upgrades are customization options for menu items which incur an additional cost. Upgrades can be configured as single or multiple choice.
Log in to Property Admin
Log in at www.cendynadmin.com.
Select Content Updates
Select a Property
Select a property from the drop-down list.
Select In Room Dining
Select In Room Dining from the list of Property Services.
Select a Group to Add Items
Select InRoomDining Grouping Services directly under the grouping name.
Add a Group of Upgrades
Select Customize Upgrades for a menu item.
Enter information for the Upgrades.
Group Name: Enter a subtitle describing the type of upgrades e.g., "Extras" or "Add-ons."
Sort Order: Enter a number to determine the order in which the upgrade group will display for the menu item, if there is more than one upgrade group.
Upgrade Type: Choose Single Upgrades if a guest may only choose one item within the upgrade group. Choose Multiple Upgrades if a guest may choose more than one item within the upgrade group.
Upgrade: Enter a name or description for the upgrades being offered.
$: Enter the additional cost incurred for the upgrade.
Select +Add Upgrades to add more upgrades to the group.
Select Update to save the upgrades.
Add Another Group of Upgrades
Select + Add New Upgrades Group to add another, separate group.
Repeat the steps above to complete the form. Select Update.
