View information about a particular member including a general summary, awards, stays, transactions, and other details.
How to Access Member Information
First search for a member on the Member Search tab, then select the View icon in the record displayed in the Member Results to access a member's information.
Personal and Contact Information
The left column in the top of the page displays the member's personal and contact information and may include name, address, salutation, gender, email, email status, phone number and date of birth.
Email Status
Pending: The member has not yet confirmed their email address by clicking the activation link sent to them via email.
Confirmed: The member has clicked the activation link sent to them via email to confirm the email address and activate their account.
Account Information
The middle column shows general account information such as member ID, card name, joined date, activated date, customer ID, last stay information and date, and qualifying nights. .
Account Status Details
The right column contains account status details and may include a points balance, member level, member status, member portal, member login, and activation email and welcome email. With the exception of the points balance, these fields can be changed, reset or used to resend emails.

Other Tabs
The bottom of the page contains tabs with more information about the member and may include Member Awards, Member Stays, Member Transactions, Invites, Redemptions, Admin Updates and Points History. Select each tab to view the content.
