Define and set up your membership levels (tiers) and the rules that govern them.
Determine Your Membership Levels
Member loyalty levels are defined prior to a loyalty program launch, customizable and unlimited in number. They can be determined by Nights or Stays.
An Example of Membership Levels
Member Level | Upgrade Requirements | Membership Expiration Length | |
---|---|---|---|
Nights | Stays | ||
Bronze (Tier 1) | 1-14 nights | 2 | 12 months |
Silver (Tier 2) | 15-30 nights | 5 | 12 months |
Gold (Tier 3) | 31+ nights | 10 | 12 months |
By request, you can have an exclusive member level that is hidden from public view and only assignable to a member manually from the admin portal. Contact your Cendyn Customer Success Team for more information.

If you must change an existing membership level name or code for any reason and your program uses a third party booking engine, please contact your Cendyn Customer Success Team and your IBE vendor to ensure any existing integrations are not impacted.
Member Level Order
A number that indicates the member level's position among all the membership levels, from the level with the least amount of benefits to the greatest amount. For example, when a member newly enrolls, they are assigned to the Club Member level. Since this is the entry member level, its assigned Member Level Order is "1."
