When an email recipient replies to an email, it will be sent to the pre-populated Reply Email Address.
Access the Reply Email Tab
Select the circle icon containing the first initial of your name in the upper right corner to view a drop-down list.
Select Admin from the drop-down list.
Select the Reply Email tab or select All Tabs > Reply Email.
Add a New From Name
On the Add tab of the Reply Email Editor screen, enter a new name and email address. Select Submit.
The new email will appear in the Reply Email list.
Modify Existing Email Addresses
Email addresses can be modified or deleted using the Edit and Delete buttons on the right of the address you wish to alter.
All email addresses in the Reply Email list are selectable in the Campaign editor from the drop-down list in the Reply Email field.
Clients with a corporate instance can send transactional campaigns on behalf of their properties from the brand level, eliminating the need to create multiple campaigns at the property level. Please contact your Cendyn Customer Experience Team to enable this feature. Then add a reply email address for each property in your portfolio. When creating a campaign, check the box for Use Property Reply-to Email. Using email address mapping, eInsight will dynamically populate each property's Reply-to Email.
From the Template tab in Campaigns > Create or Campaigns > Manage, select the Reply Email Manage link to jump directly to the Reply Email Editor.
