Redemption processes vary as they are customized to meet client requirements.
Point Redemption Models
- When a member accrues a designated amount of points, eLoyalty automatically sends a voucher to the member then deducts the points from the member's account.
- Members can visit the redemption page of the loyalty member portal to manually redeem points in exchange for a voucher.
- *Members can redeem points seamlessly during the booking process for discounts, reservations and other rewards.

Voucher Redemption Models
Vouchers can be redeemed manually in the eLoyalty admin site by an Admin user. Read about Member Transactions.

Voucher Status
When a voucher is used to make a reservation during booking, the voucher status changes to "redeemed." When the stay is checked-out, the voucher status changes to "consumed." If the reservation is canceled the voucher is reinstated, unless it has expired.
