If you must add points to the Member's account, begin here.
Log into your Admin Site
Locate the Member's Account
Search for a member on the Member Search tab, then select the View icon in the record displayed in the Member Results to access a member's information.
Member Transactions Tab
Select the Member Transactions tab.
Add a Transaction
Select Add Transaction (Admin users only).
Enter information in the Add Transaction editor to allot points to the member. Fields with asterisks are required.
If you do not need to add points to the Member's account, begin here.
Member Logs into the Member Portal
Redeem the Award
On the Redeem tab, the member selects Redeem.
Select Ok to confirm.
The Member will be sent a notification email containing the award number.
Confirm the Redemption Appears in Member Portal
The new redemption will be listed on the Redemptions tab of the My Awards page.
Log into your Admin Site
Locate the Member's Account
You can search by the Award Number located in the email, by the member's email address or any other field.
Change Award Status to Redeemed
In the Member Awards tab, locate the newly sent award.
Click on the Sent via Email link and choose Redeemed.
Also enter the Reservation number and select the property from the drop-down list.
This will generate a log of the redemption in the Redemptions tab.
When the property receives a booking with a matching Reservation number, the award status automatically changes to Consumed.
