Members can reach the Contact page from either a link in the main navigation or a link in the footer. From there, they can easily send you supporting documentation with their inquiries.

Authenticated Contact Page
When a member is signed-in, the contact links take the user to an authenticated Contact page where the member's name, member ID and email address will be pre-populated and disabled for editing.
Uploading Supporting Documents
Streamlined communication with your loyalty members makes both your members and staff happy. To expedite verifying members' requests to rectify missing stays or points, members can easily send you supporting stay and/or reservation documentation when they make their initial inquiries or any time thereafter.
First, members select Choose File to browse for a file.
They select the file, then select Open.
The name of the file to be uploaded will appear. The member will then complete the Captcha and select Send.

When a member is not signed-in, those links take the user to an unauthenticated, blank Contact page.
