During the campaign building process, you can fine-tune the audience for your campaign in the Criteria tab. Expand the Campaign Settings (formerly named Transactional Settings) to reveal a list of available email sources and types.
Getting Started
Select Campaigns > Manage. Locate your campaign, select the Vertical Ellipsis Icon, then select Edit to jump to the Template tab. Navigate to the Criteria tab and select Campaign Settings to expand it.
Select a Reservation Event from the drop-down list or leave it as No Event.
To use a campaign in PriorityQ, you must choose Change, New Reservation or Cancel for the campaign's Reservation Event.
Next, choose your Email Source and if you want to include Unsubscribed, Bounced or Non-Consent addresses.
Selecting multiple email sources will result in the recipient receiving a copy of the campaign in each of their email accounts.
Continue building your campaign as you normally do.
Campaign Settings in the Criteria Editor
Select Criteria Editor.
Follow the steps above starting with selecting Campaign Settings to expand it.

What is Email Source for? What are the different sources and when should they be used?
edit:
RESERVATION is the email address associated with the stay data
EMAIL is the email address associated with the profile.
Transactionals generally use RESERVATION, while Marketing emails generally use EMAIL
We do not recommend sending to "Unsubscribed Guests" for any marketing campaigns. For marketing campaigns, "Include Unsubscribed" should be left blank.
