You can include links to files that are hosted in eGallery or elsewhere in your campaign. When a recipient clicks one of these links, your file will open in another window. This allows your recipients to open and view many different file types and prevents large files from disrupting your email deliverability.

Link a Hosted File to Text
- Select a word or phrase within a text content block.
- Select the Link icon from the text toolbar.
- Enter the URL for your hosted file in the URL field. Click OK and save your template.
Link an Existing File in eGallery to Text

Select a word or phrase within a text content block.
- Select the Link icon from the text toolbar.
- Select Browse Server.
- Your eGallery Home Folder will open in a new tab. Select the yellow Files folder to open it.
- Select the file you want linked to the text in your template.
- The URL for the file you selected will now appear in the Link window. Select OK and save your template.
Link a Newly Uploaded File to eGallery to Text

Select a word or phrase within a text content block.
- Select the Link icon from the text toolbar.
- Select Browse Server.
- Your eGallery Home Folder will open in a new tab. Select the Files (yellow) folder, which contains uploaded documents. Acceptable file types are pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt.
- Select Upload Files.
- Click Select files, browse for your file, then select Open. Repeat if necessary to select multiple files (up to 20).
- Select Upload Files to complete the upload.
- After the file is successfully uploaded, select Return to Folder.
- Select the file you want linked to the text in your template.
- The URL for the file you selected will now appear in the Link window. Select OK and save your template.
