Images
eInsight checks each image in the campaign and verifies that the image is available. The Internet is dynamic; connectivity and website availability can change periodically. A green result indicates that at the time of analysis, eInsight was able to verify that the image was available. This does not necessarily mean that at any other time the image will be available.
Links
eInsight checks each link in the campaign and verifies that the link is active (the link does not produce an error and properly navigates to a web a page). It cannot determine if the resulting web page was the intended destination. To be sure that the link goes to the intended page, click the link in the email.

Microsoft Word Tags
When you copy text to your clipboard from Microsoft Word and paste it into your campaign you are likely copying and pasting Microsoft Word Tags (invisible formatting code) as well. These tags can result in the message being displayed incorrectly in some email clients. To avoid this issue, first paste your text into Notepad, deselect your text, re-select it, copy it anew, then paste it into your campaign. Or use a program other than Word to write your content. eInsight lets you know if there are Microsoft Word Tags in your campaign so you can remove them.
Spam Assassin
eInsight runs your campaign through a popular spam filter that uses a scoring system to determine whether an email will be flagged as spam. A total score of 5.0 or higher is considered undesirable.
Unwanted HTML Tags
eInsight checks for HTML tags that are considered unwanted for HTML-based email campaigns.
