Sub-tabs are enabled or disabled depending on criteria described below.
Select Campaigns > Manage. Sub-tabs are located under the bar showing the property name and campaign status.
Select Preview to view the current state of your template.
Select Criteria to view a summary of the criteria being applied to your campaign, your campaign settings and counts.
When you select Customer Details the customers who meet your campaign criteria will appear in a table. If you can't see all the data use the slider along the bottom to scroll or resize the window with the icon on the bottom right corner of the window. Read more about Customer Details.
Select History to view a list of changes made to the campaign including when they were made and by whom. The last time the campaign was sent will display for campaigns that have a Scheduled status.
The reports sub-tab will only be enabled after a campaign has been sent. View open rates and other metrics of your recently sent campaigns in this handy table. If you can't see all the data use the slider along the bottom to scroll or resize the window with the icon on the bottom right corner of the window. Go to Home > Recent Campaigns to export this report. Learn more about reports.
