Award Earning Rules govern programs where members can earn awards. Enter requirements that must be met in order for a rule to be enacted as restrictions on the Rule Restrictions tab. Rule Restrictions are optional.
Note
Only Admin users can access and edit Loyalty Rules.
Select Loyalty Rules
Select the Loyalty Rules tab from the top navigation.
Open an Existing Rule
Select the Edit icon for the corresponding rule you wish to edit.
Rule Restrictions
Select the Rule Restrictions tab.
Minimum Revenue, Room Revenue, F&B Revenue, Other Revenue, Nights and Stays Requirements
Enter the least amount of revenue, nights, and/or stays that can qualify for awards using this rule.
Maximum Stays Requirement
Enter the most amount of stays that can qualify for awards using this rule.
Hotels
Use the Include and Exclude radio buttons and drop-down lists to select the hotels this rule does or does not apply to. Select the Include or Exclude radio button, then click the drop-down list to select all included or excluded hotels.
Rate Earnable Groups, Room Type Groups and Source Groups
Use the Include and Exclude radio buttons and drop-down lists to select earnable groups, room type groups and/or source groups this rule does or does not apply to. Select the Include or Exclude radio button, then click the drop-down list in the corresponding restriction to select all included or excluded specifications.
Booking Date
Click the Calendar icons to specify dates for a Booking Date range, which is the date range within which a stay must have been booked to qualify for awards using this rule.
Join Date
Click the Calendar icons to specify dates for a Join Date range, which is the date range within which the member must have joined the Loyalty program to qualify for awards using this rule.
Save
Select Save after updating all rule restrictions.
