When an email recipient clicks on a global unsubscribe link, they will be directed to your Communication Preferences page.

Navigate to Campaigns > Manage. Locate your campaign. Click the Vertical Ellipsis Icon, then select Edit to jump to the Template tab.

Select More Options on the editor toolbar.

In the Links column, click Custom.

A new tab will open displaying available Custom Links.

Select Copy to the left of the Global Unsubscribe Link.

Drag a new Text Content Block into your campaign where you want to insert the Global Unsubscribe Link. This is usually somewhere in or near the campaign footer.

Click into the Text Content Block to get a cursor. Click the Insert Link icon in the tool bar.

Click Control +V in the URL field to paste the Global Unsubscribe Link. Enter text in the Text to Display field, which is what the user will see in the email. Select Ok.

If you need to change the link color, font, etc., highlight the text in the email and use the text toolbar to format the link. Select Save.
