When an email recipient clicks on a global unsubscribe link, they will be directed to your Communication Preferences page.
Navigate to Campaigns > Manage. Locate your campaign. Click the Vertical Ellipsis Icon, then select Edit to jump to the Template tab.
Make sure there is a footer added to the campaign from the content blocks.
Double click on Unsubscribe then select the more options icon.
A new tab will open. Select the Custom Links tab then highlight and copy the Global Unsubscribe Link.
Double click into the Text then click the Insert Link icon in the tool bar.
Click Control +V in the URL field to paste the Global Unsubscribe Link. Enter text in the Text to Display field, which is what the user will see in the email. Select Ok.
If you need to change the link color, font, etc., highlight the text in the email and use the text option in the toolbar to format the link. Select Save.
