Scheduler Feature: Include and Exclude Option

Prior to scheduling a marketing or transactional email, users are required to select to either include or exclude profile records with a Canadian or blank country code. Individuals and companies including directors, officers and other agents are responsible and liable for the messages they send.

Resend Feature

The Resend feature allows users to re-send a marketing or transactional email to the email address inserted in the blank field. This feature currently does not support email validation and requires users to affirm that the inserted email address is in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.

Quick Send Feature

The Quick Send feature in the Customer Details window allows users to send a test marketing or transactional campaign that includes information from a profile. This feature currently does not support email validation and requires users to affirm that the inserted email address is in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.

Send to Test Email(s) Feature

The Send to Test Email(s) feature in the Campaigns > Manage > Campaign Details and Campaigns > Create > Testing tab allows users to send a test email campaign to an email address. This feature currently does not support email validation and requires users to affirm that the inserted email address is in compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.
