CREATE & EDIT USERS

eInsight CRM | Enterprise marketing automation and guest intelligence

We're pleased to share our latest eInsight enhancements, which will be deployed on April 23, 2019, beginning at 8:00 PM ET.

Previously, if Role Based Security was enabled, an on-property or corporate administrator could view users, assign permissions to roles and assign roles to individual users. Now, they can also add new users and update existing users.

If Role Based Security is not enabled, an on-property or corporate administrator can now add new users and update existing users but not manage or assign roles.

Add New Users

In Settings, administrators can now add a user, along with the user's email and password. At the same time, they grant the user access to an applicable property or properties.

Assign Roles to Users

If Role Based Security is enabled, administrators assign roles to users on the new Users/Roles tab.

Note: The Users/Roles tab will not be visible if Role Based Security is not enabled.

Please contact your Product Service Manager for administrative access to manage users and/or to enable Role Based Security.
