SUMMARY: The Property Summary page provides insights into revenue, occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), pace, and sell rates, enabling informed pricing decisions. Users can filter data by business type (Transient, Group, or both) and time frames (up to six months ahead or the current year). Metrics and graphs display ADR, occupancy, pace index, and sell rate index at the property level, adjustable for specific segments. Color codes differentiate actual/on-the-books (purple), projected (blue), same time last year (dark gray), and last year (light gray) data, allowing comparisons between these metrics. For STLY data, a year of nightly Guestrev cycles is required.

Data can be filtered at the segment level by business type, room category, and pre-defined, user-selected time frames. The system as-of date is displayed in the upper-left corner of the page.
The following are the business type and date range filters:

The graphs and metrics display ADR, shared occupancy, pace index, and sell rate index. These are set to the property level by default. They can be edited for a particular segment or group of segments.
At the segment level, metrics are displayed for actual/on the books (OTB), actual/OTB for the same time last year (STLY), projected, and projected LY. The segment level also contains graphs for room nights, room nights LY, ADR, and ADR LY.
The following is an explanation of the color scheme used across all metrics on the page:
- Actual/OTB = Purple
- Projected = Blue
- STLY (same time last year) = Dark gray
- LY (last year) = Light gray
You can compare Actual/OTB to STLY and compare Projected to LY.
The property needs to be running nightly Guestrev cycles for one year in order to view STLY.
