The Recommendations Processing Summary Report displays all of the actions taken on a particular day concerning the daily recommendations.

Report Columns

• Hotel: The ID or property code for the property.
• Process Date: The processing or posting date for this report.
• DOW: The day of the week of the Inventory Date.
• System Generated Auto Pilot: The number of auto-piloted recommendations generated by the system as of the processing date.
• System Generated User Reviewed: Recommendations that were generated by the system, reviewed, and sent to the PMS on the processing date.
• System Generated User Overridden: Recommendations that were generated by the system, modified by the user, and sent to the PMS on the processing date.
• System Generated Not Sent: The number of recommendations that were generated by the system but not sent to the PMS on the processing date.
• System Generated Total: The total number of recommendations generated by the system on the processing date.
• User Generated New: The number of new recommendations created and sent by users.
• Total Sent: Total number of recommendations, generated by either the system or a user, that were sent to the PMS on the processing date.
• Top 10 High Impact Dates: To determine the top 10 dates for which demand decisions are to be made for this property, sort by the Action Index, then by Inventory Date and choose the top ten.
