From the Manage Days drop-down list, select Multi-Day View. Here you can review Guestrev pricing recommendations for a date range, make adjustments if necessary, and send all recommendations to the PMS in bulk.
By default, data is displayed for the as-of date to 30 days out for all days of the week. To update the date range, click the dates in the From and To sections, select dates from the calendars, and then click Apply. To view a specific day of the week, click the DOW button, select a day from the list, and then click Apply.
To filter the table by certain attributes, click Advanced Filters, and select an attribute. Repeat this process to add multiple filters. Your selected filters are listed below Advanced Filters. Click Apply. To remove a filter, click the "x" button beside the filter.
When you apply multiple filters, only records that match all filter requirements will be returned.
In the Date column, the date, day of the week, status, quoted rate, market rate, action index and revision history are displayed. To switch to the Day View for a date in the range, click the date link.
If there is an event booked on a date, the Event icon is displayed in the Date column. To view event details, hover your mouse over the icon.

To mark all days in the selected date range for upload, click the Mark Selection for Upload button.

Create a New Transaction
For days that have been accepted by the PMS, you can create a new transaction, re-mark for upload, and resend to the PMS. To create a new transaction, click the New Transaction button, make any necessary changes, and then mark the day for upload.
Optimize Multi-Day View
If you override any recommendations in multi-day view, you can optimize to view the results of your override. If you do not optimize after making an override, the overrides are optimized during the nightly cycle. To optimize after making overrides to recommendations, click the Optimize button.
Clicking Optimize re-optimizes the system based on predefined settings for the re-optimize horizon (typically 30 days) and is not based on the date range selection.
