The Group Blocks page lists group booking information for any given date. 

Navigate to the Group Blocks Tab

Select Analysis > Group Blocks from the main navigation.

Select a Date

You can either click on the date at the top of the page or select a date from calendar view on the left. 

Total Group Blocks

The total group blocks for the selected date is displayed in the box at the top of the page.

Group Blocks Columns

• Group ID: A unique identifier of a group. 
• Group Name: The name associated with the Group ID.
• Market Segment: The market segment for the Group ID.
  • Available for properties on Guestrev Server 19.08 and higher. If the property is on an older version of Guestrev Server, a dash will be displayed in the Market Segment field.
• Blocks: Blocks for the Group ID for the date selected, displayed by Room Category.
  • Available for properties on Guestrev Server 19.08 and higher. If the property is on an older version of Guestrev Server, a dash will be displayed in the Block by Room Category field
• Sold: Rooms sold against the group block for the Group ID, for the date selected, displayed by Room Category.

Group Details

Click on any Group ID row to view the group details by stay date.
