Quick Reference Icons
Icons appear along the top of the page to provide important information about the guest at a glance. Upon request, these icons can be customized during configuration to display your desired data.
Emojis are used to record guests' reactions.
By request, further prompts for the guest can be disabled if front-line staff selects the frown emoji.
Data-rich Input Prompts
Existing CRM data is provided to your front-line staff for confirmation and/or informational purposes, e.g., the guest's current email address. This can be coupled with input fields for staff to collect fresh data for your CRM, resulting in an enhanced marketing reach.
