Staff manage guest requests in the Admin Dashboard.
New Request Notification
When a guest submits a request for an upgrade, a New Request Notification email is sent to an Admin user. This email includes a link to navigate directly to the Admin Dashboard where manage the guest requests are managed.
The Request tab displays upgrade requests from the most recent to the oldest, by default. An Admin must assign a status of confirmed or denied to all new requests. This view provides high level information about each request and allows an Admin to easily Confirm or Deny requests.
