Let guests know if their request was confirmed or denied in a confirmation email.
Send a Confirmation Email
Once all of a guest’s requests have been addressed, a message appears asking if you would like to send a confirmation email at that time. Select Send Email to send the email now. If you select Don't Send, you will have the opportunity to manually send the email later. The confirmation email includes all upgrade items the guest requested and the respective status of each one.
Send or Resend a Confirmation Email Later
An Email icon only appears in the Email column of the request queue once all requests from that guest have been addressed. Select the Email icon to manually send a confirmation email to that guest.
