System Time Out
For security purposes, when eConcierge is left open and inactive for too long during a session, the user will be logged out and returned to the login page.
Log Back In
Click the active link in any New Request Notification email or manually type in the password that is present in the link.
Tips
Every notification email has the same active link that provides a one-click solution to access the Requests Tab of the Admin Dashboard.
Best Practices
- Open a New Request Notification email.
- Copy the entire active link.
- Paste the active link into a browser window.
- Save the active link as a bookmark in the browser.
- Document your user names and passwords internally for future reference.
