When guests contact the concierge to make a request, the concierge can easily create a request on their behalf from the Requests Tab.
Add Request
Select Add Request.
Complete the required fields and select Add Request.
Note
First Name, Last Name and Email are case sensitive and must match an existing reservation in order to create the request.
