The Inquiry tab contains all requests with the status of Confirmed, Pending, or Canceled-Confirmed. The Inquiry tab is useful for managing daily tasks as well as looking up details regarding a specific guest request.
Event Category: Choose All or one particular category from the drop-down list.
Event Date: The date requested by the guest for an event or service to occur.
Event Time: The time requested by the guest for an event or service to occur.
Last Name: The surname of the guest provided at the time of booking.
First Name: The first name of the guest provided at the time of booking.
Email: The guest's email address.
Confirmation #: The guest's confirmation number.
Request Date: Enter a date range for requests occurring over two or more days.
