The Itinerary Tab is useful for locating specific Itineraries or groups of Itineraries.
From the Itinerary Tab, you can:
- Locate a guest.
- Print or re-send a guest Itinerary.
- Click on a guest name to view the Guest Portal as the guest.
- View the Email Log.
Search Filters
Enter criteria in at least one of these fields:
Arrival Date: Enter a date range for when the guest is arriving on property.
Last Name: Surname of guest provided at time of booking.
Email: Guest's email address.
Confirmation #: Guest's confirmation number.
Search: After entering criteria, select Search.
View Email Log
Select to view the email history.
Itineraries Tab Columns
Guest: Click the guest name, which is an active link, to view the Guest Portal as the guest.
Confirmation #: The guest's confirmation number. By default, the data is sorted alphabetically by the guest's first name. To sort by Confirmation #, click the column header.
Email: Guest's email address.
# Requests: Number of requests on the Itinerary of that particular guest.
Print: Click to open a printable version of the Itinerary in a new browser tab.
Send: Click Re-Send, which is an active link, to re-send an Itinerary to the guest via email.
Send Status: Indicates if the Itinerary was sent to the guest.
