General Information is the first tab under Property Information and is where you enter basic information about your property.

Content you enter on this page will be populated in various locations throughout eConcierge.

Hotel Map URL: Locate your property in Google Maps or another navigation app. Copy the the map URL from the navigation app and paste it into this field. This will populate a map of your property and the surrounding area on the Hotel Information > Map and Directions page of the Guest Portal.

Confirmation Email Signatory - Name: Emails are sent to guests to confirm their requests. Enter the name of the team member who will appear to be the sender of the email.

Confirmation Email Signatory - Title: Enter the job title of the team member who will appear to be the sender of confirmation emails.

Check-In Time: Enter your default check-in time.

Check-Out Time: Enter your default check-out time.
