When so configured, eConcierge allows you to display services in the Guest Portal to guests in different languages. You must first enter your content in each desired language for each service offered.
Log in to Property Admin
Log in at www.cendynadmin.com.
Select Content Updates
Select a Property
Select a property from the drop-down list.
Select the General Information Tab
Select the General Information tab.
Select one of the services that your property is actively using.
A column for the secondary or subsequent language you enabled will appear next to the English content. Enter your content in the new language and select Save.
Repeat these steps for each service your property is actively using.
