Guests can make some kinds of requests ahead of their stay, such as ordering in-room amenities, booking spa appointments, reserving a tee time or making dining reservations. Other requests, such as ordering in room dining, may only be made when guests are on-property.
Making a Request
To make a request, guests select a category from Plan My Stay. Then they complete the form with whatever information is required for that category. This usually includes the date and time for the request, and the number of people for the request. Optionally, guests can enter additional names and comments. They can also choose to include the request on the Itinerary Email and to receive text messages regarding the status of the request.
