Guests can access their itinerary to view, update, cancel or print requests. The status of each request is clearly labeled.
Request Statuses
Pending: A guest has made a request but it has yet to be confirmed by the concierge.
- If a guest changes a Pending request by selecting Update, their changes will be reflected in the Itinerary but the status of the request remains Pending.
- If a guest cancels a Pending request by selecting Cancel, the request status updates to Canceled and the Concierge Name field will display the guest's name, rather than the concierge's name.
Confirmed: The concierge has confirmed a request.
- If a guest updates a Confirmed request by selecting Update, their changes will be reflected in the Itinerary and the status reverts from Confirmed to Pending.
- If a guest cancels a Confirmed request by selecting Cancel, the request status updates from Confirmed to Canceled-Pending.
Canceled-Pending: A guest has requested that a Confirmed request be canceled. The concierge must now confirm the cancellation.
- Once the concierge confirms a requested cancellation, the request status updates from Canceled-Pending to Canceled.
Canceled: The request has been canceled by the guest and the concierge.
