Use the advanced search filters to locate your audience.
Getting Started
Navigate to Audiences.
Audience List Page
Use the Search filters to locate your Audience. From the first drop-down list choose Audience Name, Description, Tags, Created By, Created On, Modified By, Modified On or Property(s). Choose a qualifier from the second drop-down menu. Enter your criteria in the last field.
Select Add search filter to add another layer of criteria for a more precise search. Repeat as necessary.
Select Search to execute the search.
Inactive Audience Visibility
By default, inactive audiences are hidden on the Audience List page. To show them in the list, check the box for Show inactive audiences. Then select Search.
You'll now see audiences with an inactive status in your audience list (if you have inactivated audiences).
View Published or Saved Audiences
On the Audience List, select Published to view published audiences and ...
select Saved to view saved audiences.
Expand Audience Rows to View Hidden Column Data
The width of your screen determines how many columns appear in your Audience List view. If not all columns fit, the content they contain is collapsed under the Audience Name.
Click the Expand icon (+) to display the hidden data.
Generate Counts on the Audience List Page
Select the arrow in the Counts column, then Generate to generate counts.
You'll see a message that your counts are being generated.
Notifications
By default, notifications are enabled, which means you'll receive a notification email when your count is complete. Select the toggle to disable notifications if you prefer not to receive a notification email.
Count Panel
When the count is finished, select the arrow next to the summary to expand the count panel.
