Home Tab

Upon logging in, you land on the Home tab where you can search for members.

Search for a Member

In the Member Search tab, enter your search criteria into at least one search field, e.g., email, last name, etc. Select Search Member.

Search for a Group of Members

Use the search fields to locate a group of members. For instance, choose an award from the Award Name drop-down list to see all members who have earned that particular award. Or, choose a status from the Member Status drop-down list to pull all members of a certain status.

Member Results

Records that match the search criteria you entered are listed under Member Results at the bottom of the screen.

If viewing on a mobile device, click on a + icon to expand and view a member record.

View Member Record

Select the View icon for the record you wish to view.

A new tab called Member Information will appear to the right of the Member Search tab displaying the member's information.

If the profile you opened was not the one you were seeking, click back to the Member Search tab to return to your search results and choose a new profile to view.

Start a New Search

Select Clear Search to clear all search boxes and start a new search.
