View all stays booked by the loyalty member including qualified nights and/or points earned (depending on your configuration) for each stay. Locate and assign missing or unassigned checked-out stays. Transfer or reassign wrongly assigned stays, points or reservations to a member's account.

How to Access Member Information
First search for a member on the Member Search tab, then select the View icon in the record displayed in the Member Results to access a member's information.
Member Stays View
Member Stays are displayed in a tab below the Member Information section. In order to see relevant reservation details associated to each stay, click on the View option next to the stay to see what elements were on each reservation after check-out. When troubleshooting, use this valuable information to determine whether or not a stay was qualified based on current awarding rules.
Update Qualified Nights
Click on the number of qualified nights for a particular stay. Change the value as needed and select the checkmark icon to save.
Click on the number of points for a particular stay. Change the value as needed and select the checkmark icon to save.
Search for Stays
Search and locate the member so that their information is displayed in the Member Information tab.
Select the Member Stays tab under the Member Information tab. Select Search Stay.
Enter stay criteria such as a reservation number or stay dates. Select Search.
The search results will appear below.
Assign Unassigned Stays
If a member is missing a stay from their profile, you can search for the stay as described above and associate it with their profile. After locating the particular stay, select the checkbox corresponding to it. (Only one stay can be selected at a time.) Select Save at the bottom of the page to save the stay under the member’s profile. Repeat the process to add additional stays to the member's account.
If the reservation was previously unassigned, you'll see a message confirming that the reservation was successfully saved to the member's account.
Reassign Reservations or Points Awarded to the Wrong Member
In the event that reservations or points were assigned to the wrong member you can search for the reservations or points and easily reassign them to the correct member. Follow the steps described above for assigning an unassigned stay to a member.
If the reservation was previously assigned to a different member, you'll see the reservation details in the transfer reservation window. Select the Update Expiration Date box if you wish to change the expiration date. Enter a reason for the transfer and select Transfer Stay to complete the action.
Transferring a stay will NOT deduct points from the member it was originally, and erroneously, assigned to. The program admin should decide on a case by case basis whether to deduct the points from the member who received them erroneously, especially if the member has already redeemed them. If the admin decides to deduct them, they must do it by adding a transaction containing a negative number of points.
