Update the member level and/or preferred language for existing members in batches.
Upon logging in, you land on the Home tab.
Navigate to the Member Batch Upload tab
Select the Member Batch Upload tab.
Select Member Batch Updates.
Select Download Template to download the pre-formatted template. The downloaded file will be called eLoyalty_Members_Updates_Template.xlsx and contains these fields: first name, last name, DOB, member ID, member level and language.
If your file isn't generated, disable the pop-up blocker in your browser and try again.
Browse to your Download folder to locate, open and enter your data into the file in Microsoft Excel. First name, last name and member ID are required fields. Select the membership level and language from the provided drop-down list within the spreadsheet. These fields can be updated: First name, last name, date of birth, membership level, language and referral code*.

Save your file with a new name that includes the date.
When your file is complete, select Update Members.
Select the File icon to browse for your file.
Your file name will now appear. You can send notification emails of upgraded membership level to members when you upload your file. By default, the option to send the emails is enabled. If you don't want to send the email at this time, disable the button. Select Upload to complete the import.
To enable these automated emails, you must first provide Cendyn with an email template. Please contact your Cendyn Product Success Team for more information.
The "set password" email referenced in the image below is equivalent to the "welcome email," which allows a member to activate their account and set a password.
