Award Earning Rules govern programs where members can earn awards.

Note
Only Admin users can access and edit Loyalty Rules.

Select Loyalty Rules

Select Loyalty Rules from the top navigation.

Add a Rule

Select the Awards Earning Rules tab. Then select +Add Rule.

Create a Rule

Complete the fields in the Rule Data tab and Rule Restrictions tabs of the Loyalty Rule window, then select Save.

Edit an Existing Rule

Select the Edit icon for the corresponding rule you wish to edit.

When editing a current rule, review content on both tabs prior to saving. Expired/inactive rules can be viewed, even though the edit icon may be grayed out.
