Manage the labels used to categorize manually made transactions in Member Information > Member Transactions.
Select the Loyalty Setup Tab
Select the Loyalty Setup tab from the main navigation.
Your company's configuration determines which tabs are present in the Loyalty Setup tab.
Add a Reason
Select the Transaction Reasons tab, then select +Add Reason.
Edit a Reason
Select the Edit icon to edit an existing reason.
Transaction Reason Details
A blank window will open when you add a new transaction reason, while a window with existing transaction reason details will open when you select to edit a transaction reason. Fields with asterisks are required.
Enter a three letter reason code.
Enter a name for the reason, for internal use.
Select Save to save and update transaction reason.
