Members are asked to complete profile and/or preference questions in the member portal. The percentage of questions they complete can be visually displayed in the portal.

The list of profile questions are displayed on the Profile Completion Percentage tab where each question is weighted with a percentage.

Select the Loyalty Setup Tab

Select the Loyalty Setup tab from the main navigation.

Edit Profile Completion Percentages

Select the Profile Completion Percentage tab. Edit the percentages assigned to each question, ensuring that the total percentage equals 100%. Select Save Percentages.

View History

Select View History for a list of the users who made changes to the percentages and when they made them.
