Opt-out Link
With the exception of the Activation Email, Forgot Password and Welcome Email Kiosk, all of the emails listed above contain an opt-out link. When a member clicks on an opt-out link, they are taken to the loyalty member portal to log in. There, they must confirm the desire to opt-out. Their account status then changes to "deactivated" and they will no longer be able to log in to the portal.
To reverse this process and re-enable the member to log in to the portal, the member must request that an Admin user manually change their status back to "active."
