Guestfolio can email members of your team a daily or month guest survey report. This will be a summary of your completed guest surveys.

You can add additional recipients to the automated survey email reports by navigating to Surveys & Satisfaction, selecting the title of the survey you wish to update the reports for (this will normally be your active guest survey), and then clicking on the "Edit survey settings" button on the top right of the page. 

In the Reporting section of the "Edit survey settings" form, you will find 3 sets of fields - Score Goal, Daily and Monthly report recipients. Simply add in or remove the email addresses you wish to receive a survey report email in the relevant field (Daily/Monthly). The "Score Goal" field can be used to set your 'ideal' survey goal, which allows you to quickly identify whether a guest survey is positive or negative in your report.

When you are ready, click on the “Update survey” button to update your settings.
