    Can you further clarify the difference between the "EMAIL" and the "RESERVATION" option? Please define "profile email" vs. "reservation email."

     

    Does one option send the exact copy of the confirmation that the guest received? And does the other send the most up-to-date version of your confirmation template that may reflect changes you have made since the guest originally booked and received their confirmation?
