Take a look at how to generate a group rate quote. The session starts with using the booking ID or search functionality to pull the group information from your sales and catering system. The lesson continues with two other means for generating a quote with or without the booking ID.

Begin with entering the details of the group. There are a few ways to do this. The most efficient is to search the group information through the Group Information Search field, either with the specific group ID or if that is not available, search using the criteria options. If the group is not entered in the Sales and Catering system, the group information can be entered manually into the main screen.

Once the information is displayed, click “Get Quote” and you will see the Grouprev recommendations.
