Grouprev begins with the property's PMS, sales and catering system to create the optimal rate. It layers in the history of rate quotes of won deals in the sales and catering system while taking into account the market segment, group size, arrival date, and days left to arrival.
Grouprev also factors in transient displacement from guestrev or calculates the displacement based on remaining capacity and forecast numbers received from the property.
Grouprev can also factor in meeting space minimums and profit on ancillary revenue.
