Configure currency, tax rates and date format.
Select a Property
If you have access to more than one property, select a property from the drop-down menu. This step is unnecessary if you have access to only one property.
Your page may look different from the screenshots below, depending on your Proposal configuration and the permissions you have been granted.
Navigate to Settings
In the main navigation, select the drop-down list next to your username. Then select Settings.
Select General Settings
Select the General Settings tab.
Choose Currency, Tax Rates and Date Format
Choose your desired default currency from the drop-down list. Optionally, enter a room tax rate and/or event tax rate, which you will have the option to include in your Proposal if you select the corresponding box on the Room Block or Event Block pages when creating a Proposal. Choose your desired date format from the drop-down list. Select Save.
Settings for Multilanguage Proposals
If your Proposal is configured for two languages, select your alternate language, perhaps Chinese or Spanish, from the drop-down list. Then, choose a different currency and date format for that language, if you wish. Select Save.
