Create content once, then use it again and again.

Create and refine content for both Proposals and Cards, then store it to use later. You can create separate messages for the different market segments to whom you cater, such as government, group, wedding and SMERF (Social, Military, Education, Religious and Fraternal groups). You can always edit the content on a one-off basis after you insert it into a Proposal or Card, if you choose.

Select a Property

If you have access to more than one property, select a property from the drop-down menu. This step is unnecessary if you have access to only one property.

Navigate to Settings

In the main navigation, select the drop-down list next to your username. Then select Settings.

Select Stored Content

Select the Stored Content tab.

Add New Content

Select Proposal or Card, depending on where you want the new content to be available.

Select Add New.

Add a title for the content. Select the modules for which you want the new content to be available. Draft and format the content in the editor. Select Add Content Entry. The content will now be available when creating a Proposal or Card, listed by the title you entered.

Tips
If you are copying and pasting content from a different document, be sure to use the Paste From tool located in your toolbar. This will help eliminate any HTML coding that may be otherwise copied into Proposal.




Next, use the Clean Up HTML Paintbrush icon to remove any markup, cascading styles, font tags or span tags that may be left over. This will ensure that your text is consistent throughout your Proposal.

Edit or Delete Content

Select Edit next to an existing content block to enter the edit mode.

Make your changes and select Save.

To delete a content block either select Delete on the main menu, or

select Delete in the edit mode.

Viewing and Sorting

Click on a content block name to expand and view it.

To rearrange the order your stored content will appear when you create a Proposal or Card, select a content block row to drag and drop it in a new location.

Multilanguage Proposals

If your Proposal is configured for two languages, select your alternate language, perhaps Chinese or Spanish for example, from the drop-down list. Select Add New or Edit for an existing content block.

The language you are working in will be indicated above the title. Add content and select Add Content Entry to save or make your changes to an existing content block and select Save.
