Create special offers for clients to view via a link in the Welcome Letter. You may edit special offers, turn the special offers link on or off globally, and remove the link on a per proposal basis as needed.

Select a Property

If you have access to more than one property, select a property from the drop-down menu. This step is unnecessary if you have access to only one property.

Navigate to Settings

In the main navigation, select the drop-down list next to your username. Then select Settings.

Select Special Offers

Select the Special Offers tab.

Turn On Special Offers

Select a module from the drop-down list, e.g., EZ or Group.

Select Turn ON the Special Offers.

If you want to turn on special offers for all modules, check the box:

Select Save.

Create a Special Offer

Select a module from the drop-down list, e.g., EZ or Group. 

Select Turn ON the Special Offers if it isn't already on.

Add an optional introduction to your special offers, such as a heading or title. Enter dates, offer details, pricing details and/or comments.

If you want the special offers to be available on all modules, check the box:

Select Save.

Include Special Offers in a Proposals

On the Select Step of creating a Proposal, check the Special Offers box to make your Special Offers appear in the Proposal. You may check or uncheck this box on a proposal by proposals basis.

Special Offers Example

Here's how the special offers link might look in a Welcome Letter:

The details you entered for the special offer will appear in a new window when clients click the link in the Welcome Letter.

Edit a Special Offer

Make your changes to an existing offer and select Save.

Delete Special Offers

Select Delete next to a row containing an existing offer. As soon as you select Delete, the offer is permanently gone so be sure you want to delete it.

Multilanguage Proposals

If your Proposal is configured for two languages, select your alternate language, perhaps Chinese or Spanish for example, from the drop-down list. Also select a module from the drop-down list.

Add an optional introduction to your special offers, such as a heading or title. Enter dates, offer details, pricing details and/or comments.

If you want the special offers to be available on all modules, check the box:

Select Save.
